Healthy and colorful salad for your lunch or an appetizer.
Red Cabbage Salad with Carrots and Apples
Ingredients
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 2 cups sliced red cabbage
- 1 apple shredded
- 1/2 red onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tsp fig balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. hemp oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well to mix.
