Red Cabbage Salad with Carrots and Apples

Ingredients

  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 2 cups sliced red cabbage
  • 1 apple shredded
  • 1/2 red onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tsp fig balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. hemp oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well to mix.
