Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of Absinthe
  • 10 sugar cubes
  • 250 ml water



Directions:

Mix Absinthe with water and pour over a cube of white sugar.

    Lol, Yelena for the name "the green fairy": very true! 🙂 Great photo and idea. I imagine there is a door behind and it opens to Fontanka river, where you can take a night boat ride… You made me miss St.Peterburg…
