Strawberry Smoothie Popsicles

This frozen refreshment is perfect for hot days. You don't even need to have an ice cream maker to make it. Also, a healthy snack for kids.

Makes 6

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, stems removed and sliced
  • 2 tsp agave syrup or honey
  • I Tbsp. lemon juice

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into your ice pop moulds, stick a wood stick in and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until set.

Hell yes! The summer here is literally melting us and this seems like the perfect cure! And no sugar too.
